Its technical features are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rocks Cluster Frontend:\u00a0<strong>Camanchaca<\/strong>. Dell PowerEdge 2950, 8 cores\u00a0Intel Xeon CPU X5450, 8G RAM, storage 2.4 TeraBytes<\/li>\n<li>Computer node 1:\u00a0<strong>Panotia<\/strong>. Dell PowerEdge R720, 20 cores Intel Ivy Bridge E5-2660V2 (2 processors, with 10 cores which are all double threaded) 120 cores Xeon Phi 7120P (2 cards) 128GB RAM and a fast storage of 9 TeraBytes.<\/li>\n<li>Computer node 2:\u00a0<strong>Gondwana<\/strong>. Dell PowerEdge R730, 28 cores Intel Xeon CPU E5-2697 (2 processors, with 14 cores which are all double threaded), 128GB RAM and a fast storage of 6 TeraBytes.<\/li>\n<li>Computer node 3:\u00a0<strong>Pangea<\/strong>. Dell PowerEdge R710, 16 cores Intel E5530 (16 processors, 8 of which are threaded) 12G RAM and a fast storage of 6 TeraBytes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;18574&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;bottom-to-top&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]For archiving the results of the simulations carried out in this environment we have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A storage facility:<strong>Cumulus<\/strong>. Dell PowerVault MD3600i with 180 TeraByte capacity (4 enclosures with 20TB, 40TB, 40TB y 80TB capacity, respectively).<\/li>\n<li>Two servers for storage and web services:\u00a0<strong>Qhawayra<\/strong>.
