The <\/span>Center for Climate and Resilience Research (CR2) <\/b>at the University of Chile is opening a call to join its team under the project<\/span> \u201cCo-producing adaptation knowledge in Latin America: Empowering Early-career Researchers and Local Voices for IPCC AR7\u201d<\/b>, funded by the <\/span>Adaptation Research Alliance (ARA) through the Knowledge Catalyst Grant.<\/b><\/p>\n

This project is being developed at a key moment in the <\/span>Seventh Assessment Cycle of the IPCC (AR7) <\/b>and seeks to strengthen the participation, visibility, and leadership of researchers and professionals from the Global South in international science\u2013policy processes, particularly in <\/span>Working Group II (WGII)<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n

The focus is on <\/span>systematizing, synthesizing, and transforming<\/b> existing knowledge<\/b>\u2014including grey literature and local experiences\u2014into high-impact scientific and technical products.<\/span><\/p>\n

Applications are invited for the following positions, each with a duration of <\/span>6 months<\/b>, a workload of <\/span>30 hours per week<\/b>, and a<\/span> gross monthly remuneration of \u00a3960 (approximately CLP 1,180,000).<\/b><\/p>\n
